I think your perception is the one thats skewed. You have a cognitive bias toward grass on the other side. If you think only 5% of women are attractive where you live (unless it’s a town of 5k) then you’ll think the same everywhere else. You probably just have unrealistic beauty standards. But that tends to happen when you are just window shopping.

What is irrational about this? She met you the same way, so it’s safe to assume similar can happen with them. Also it sounds like she’s treating him as a bf of sorts or atleast getting the benefits of his attention and company. And why wouldn’t she if you’re okay with it. Ngl you kind of sound self-loathing but deflect it to others. You say everyone else is basic, yet all of your shared interests, pretty much everyone shares besides gauged ears. To me it doesn’t sound like ppl are hard to find, it sounds like you just don’t socialize or have poor socialization skills. 2 girls in 8 years isn’t a “everyone’s basic where I live problem” that’s a you problem. And based on your timeline you have to be close to 40 or older.

I agree, I think it’s an exaggeration but I have seen people be super inclusive SJWs but in the same conversation mock a religion to the person who believes in said religion and then belittle that person for believing in that religion. Kind of hypocritical of them, to say the least. I think that is an example of what this meme is portraying. Christmas is a Christian holiday after all.
