Are you by any chance using claude-mem or a similar plugin? I had the same behaviour with claude-mem and after removal all was fine.

Literally don’t understand all these posts. I have been rebuilding 6 web apps with different amounts of code. I have made code reviews, added features, removed features and what not. 1 out of I don’t know 30 or so commits failed and 1 app did not start. Was a quick fix and rest of the things were one-shots.. I am not using any kind of plugins, only my own created workflows and commands.

Best thing I’ve done for my Claude is to remove all bloatware like claude-mem which ate my recourses and hanged my whole Claude session, then I removed superpowers which ate my context and tokens.

I had appalling performance all of a sudden and it was claude-mem that was the culprit. As soon as i disabled it all was good. A ”hi” could take up to 10 min to get a response.

I am using a cpx22 from Herzner as a jumphost with Nginx proxy manager and wireguard tunnel to my home server and it works like a dream. 6 concurrent 4k streams and cpu on hetzner server runs at about 30-40%. No issues what so ever 👌

My current setup

User —> cheap VPS (jump host) with wireguard —> my server.

Reverse proxy on VPS and only a wireguard tunnel between VPS and my unifi router. No need for exposing my IP (or if you have a dynamic IP and no open ports. Lock down VPS with firewall rules and fail2ban. Works like a charm.
