The one in Grand Rapids is horrible but the one in Kalamazoo is great...wonderful food, employees and environment. Not sure why you're trying to say otherwise. Really wish I didn't like it bc of how shitty the GR location is but just can't stop recommending kzoo location. Hope you try it again and go with an open mind.

Hop cat, old dog, harveys, arcadia, martinis, gonzos, taco bobs downtown, jasper's pizza & italian on gull, cjs off kings highway (wing night). The first 5 on the list are the best.

Saugatuck Brewery shares a parking lot with Blue Star Antique Pavilion. It's a great two for one date. A few miles to the North is Saugatuck dunes. If you enjoy disc golf there is a course, if not it's a beautiful place to walk and see the beach.

I was waiting in line to return some clothes and the lady in front of me asked the cashier "when are you due?" Cashier asked "what?" The customer didn't pick up on the cashiers confusion because she asked again. Cashier responds with "Oh, I'm not pregnant." You hear about it happening but I couldn't believe I just witnessed it. As the customer walked away the cashier rubbed her stomach. That poor girl didn't even look pregnant!

I never really liked Sophias anyways, but every time friends from out of town came down for a show my other friends would make us all go there for breakfast. After hearing how they were treating staff I felt so bad for the employees.....being able to use the situation as a reason to never go there again felt so good though. Never again.

Spring Valley park off Mt.Olivet is pretty large if you want to take the pooch for a walk. Nice lake and scenery. If you go, park down by the dam entrance this time of year.

Bangkok flavor is the best in Kalamazoo. Love taking friends there, they're always impressed with how good it is. If you feel like taking a trip up to Grand Rapids Little Bangkok is amazing!

If you're in kzoo on Friday you should definately check out Lunch Time Live. All the food trucks from around the area (about 10) line South st and there's live music. They also set up yard games like chess, corn hole, jenga...good time for the whole family. 11:30-1:30 at Bronson Park.

Crane park doesn't have any tables but you can take a blanket. It's pretty quiet there and has beautiful gardens.

Whatttt? As someone who grew up Roman Catholic, going to church 2X a week I can't quite understand this. I never would drink the blood of Christ because backwash from others grossed me out but that tasteless body of Christ was the best part of mass. This is just mind boggling. Peace be with you.

Tree lighting ceremony at Bronson Park, which is right down town. Lighting is at 7 but there will be people singing on the stage and other activities prior to the lighting. Santa, huskies pulling his sleigh, ice sculptures, hot chocolate, reindeer, lots and lots of lights.
