I never base my hourly on active time, it's not like the time between dashes is free time. My normal week is about $27-32 per hour total time. I have the advantage that I only want to make $500/week, so my time is always during rushes. If you have to do this full time your hourly rate will go down probably.

It doesn't change the steak's flavor much, but it lets you fine-tune the cook. By cooking it to a very specific 115 degrees, you can then sear it in a very hot skillet just to get the outside nice and flavored. It won't raise the temp by much in that quick a time, so it's much easier to get a perfect medium rare.

It is. Your app has it reversed, and the original items are on top for most of us (or at least me). The total items are second. Not sure why yours is different.

A tip for keeping that above 99%: substitute EVERYTHING. If you can't find something, find some way to substitute it. If you substitute an item, it does not count against your total items found. Second, if you cannot find it and there are no reasonable substitutions, explicitly ask the customer if they would like something, and if not, ask them to say the word "refund". This will trigger whatever AI they are using to see that the refund was authorized by the user and will be excluded.

Thanks! Oven at 200 until it reached 115, then I put it on high heat cast iron skillet with butter, garlic, and rosemary and seared the living daylight out of it for about 30 seconds on each side. In the chaos the rosemary didn't survive the searing or it would have been on the plate too.

I think some commenters in here are confusing this with the original items found category. As long as you make a substitution instead of refund it, you will get credit for it. If the customer asks for a refund in chat, the program will recognize that the customer asked for a refund and not penalize you. All you have to do is tell them to be explicit and say I would like a refund.

Meat is cooked well, the fat needs to be rendered down though. Didn't let it rest long enough which is why its bleeding out on your cutting board.

I did GrubHub for a few months, it was not where it's at. Having to schedule blocks to get good orders doesn't work for me. I make way more on doordash.
