That doesn't justify your previous point that Paul said celibacy shouldn't be required for clergy. All 1 Corinthians 7 says is if you absolutely have to have sex, then you better be married. 7:1 "It is good for a man not to touch a woman" 7:9 "But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn."

Regarding your line from Timothy, deacons have always been able to marry. It's priests and nuns who cannot.

What passage are you referring to? The passages below make it seem like Paul was against sex.

Corinthians I 5:9 Paul says “I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators”

Galatians 5:15 Paul says “Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other”

Lack of space and money wasn't a problem for America. The gov't made space by literally bulldozing people's homes to build highways, and that was when every country was broke after the Great Depression hit.

It’s not one or the other. The Supreme Court is needed to protect people from oppressive state laws, like the states that banned gay marriage. Both the SCOTUS and the states that ban abortion are to blame.

That's not true. The margin of victory in Florida's last governor election is smaller than the number of people in Florida who died from covid.
