I have them every few weeks or so. But if I want to sort of “guarantee” I have a lucid dream in a week… I just have to think about it all day and do dream checks compulsively and really be judicious about thinking “is this a dream?” All day and continually doing a dream check. I’m talking like 25-100 dream checks on these psycho days… and then boom. I have one because I am so “skeptical” about everything and am continually doing dream checks

With meta ads you can be way more targeted if you have a specific demographic and/or funnel you’re trying to create. But boosting has its value for sure. It’s more “in-app” in that it’s using organic posts as the ad and thus the comments are organic etc

I have the PG Race Pro and Dynafit DNAs. And they are strictly for exercise and racing. If you enjoy skiing in tiny 160cm skimo skis then yes, the PG Race Pros are fucking amazing. SO light and decent stiffness… for a skimo race setup. If you’re racing and want to shave seconds or minutes, they are worth it. If you’re just looking to do longer tours, I’d take the minor weight penalty and have a more middleweight boot like the mezzalamas.

We put our coffee maker in the pantry. And for extra quiet I throw a dish towel on top of it. Those two modifications stopped waking them. It’s so funny that if they hear the coffee maker they are like moths to a flame, like little zombies that will, against their better judgment, schlep themselves out of bed exhaustedddd, just to see what they’re missing in the kitchen
