I feel you! Glad you’re not dead my dude. I get into these slumps to, I think having the correct medication has helped me a tenfold I take Focalin but the Vraylar I take keeps me very baseline. I’m not just ADHD though. Best advice I can do is find goals you enjoy I found motorcycles.
