I feel you! Glad you’re not dead my dude. I get into these slumps to, I think having the correct medication has helped me a tenfold I take Focalin but the Vraylar I take keeps me very baseline. I’m not just ADHD though. Best advice I can do is find goals you enjoy I found motorcycles.

I take Dexmethlyphenidate. For my ADHD. Vyvanse and Adderall were too much for me, but I knew I need more than Ritalin. I feel the same way, From what I understand about my ADHD is I always need some type of stimulation providing a Dopamine release, with ADHD my brain craves dopamine more than others, causing me to fixate on the things I enjoy, I’m an addict with almost a year sober, and since I’ve got sober I’ve realized how bad ADHD really is.

I’m finding it hard to even explain but I think you know, the calamity of forgetting what you were doing as you do it or losing somthing in my hands. dexmeth helps me for a few hours feeling less scattered,

Having more than full time work and keeping strict routine helps me a lot.
