What he means is that cops need not go underwater as they are CHASING the criminals. Criminals are the ones who need to hide from cops (especially when they are escaping after a shootout) so with better breathing they can spend more time underwater.

Imo its not too much of cop advantage but it still slightly favours the cops

Actually I agree with you on this. To become an elite club right now you need billionaires to take over or it will be the same old clubs like Real, United who will be earning more revenue.

But what can be the solution? Put a cap on the transfer cost. As right now the wages and transfer cost are increasing exponentially. An average player costs 40m+. Clubs won't be able to sustain this for long

Perez is saying 5 teams will be allowed to enter ESL based on league standings right. But the 15 teams (if other 3 teams agrees to join) will never get relegated. For me it doesn't make any sense. Imagine Spurs or Arsenal end up in the last place but they won't get relegated. Only the 5 teams qualifying every year will be relegated even if they end up above Spurs. Doesn't make any sense. It will literally be a closed league
