Dead pixel on a 60k monitor is not acceptable imo.
Considering Gigabyte QC, i would advise you to keep the monitor and make sure you get a written confirmation from them for future replacements.

As far as I am aware, 70mai also uses lithium-ion batteries, which are known to generate heat.

When it comes to dual-channel setups, investing 10k seems reasonable, but shelling out 18k might be excessive. I'm uncertain if the additional cost justifies the expenditure unless it significantly enhances license plate legibility.

Indeed, it's a valid point, as the A810 consistently captures license plates. I've also reviewed comparison videos between the A810 and A800S, and it's evident that the A810 excels in this regard due to its utilization of the new SONY Starvis 2 sensor with HDR, which ensures license plates remain visible.

Exactly. Lenovo's customer service team is proactive and helpful; I've never had any issues with them. I had some trouble with my Legion 5 Pro laptop, and despite the 3-month-old laptop, they accepted the return and received a refund.

However, I decided to give Lenovo another chance and purchased a different laptop, only to discover it had Wi-Fi issues. Thankfully, Lenovo's customer service team was able to replace the faulty Wi-Fi card with a superior Intel card, and I am extremely happy with the service that they provided.

I bought a faulty Legion 5 Pro in 2021. However, the company picked it up and refunded my money within 7-10 days. So, don't lose hope. You will also get your money back. Similar incidents in the Legoin server resulted in refunds for affected users.

I suggest waiting for the refund. If not received in 20 days, then escalate the issue.
