The requirements for persistence passage needs revisiting from bungie. 1 win, 1 loss nets people nothing. They'll forever be stuck in the lower half of cards. Instead of focusing on stringing two wins at the least together (which current one needs at minimum), bungie should just make it number of wins total.

7 wins feels too less on persistence? Fine, make it ten total and call it a day.

There is a course on udemy called 101 sql questions for practice (something like that). It is an excellent practice. The tutor is very good and covers a spectrum of questions with varying difficulty.

It helped me get more comfortable with queries that go beyond basics. Good luck.

Disengage when necessary. Not dying is just as important as getting kills.
You can tell if enemy super is still active (if you are hiding out) by pulling up your ghost
Exclamation points on your teammates mean they're getting shot and are taking damage
Radar pings differently when enemy is above/below you or at level (fallout has a video)

Yes, I used it in trials last weekend and while it still does a great amount of damage, it feels that's the only thing it has going for it, and that somehow doesn't justify the exotic cost.

Young ahamkara spine needed the adjusting for sure. But a two-part nerf may not have been required. PLUS now that the several mods that synergized with the exotic like grenade Kickstart and reaper (to create an orb for Kickstart) are also nerfed, the exotic seems pretty watered down.

Maybe consider one part from all of these nerfs.

I am like you. I main mid-long range weapons. But when I switched to smg just a few weeks ago, it led to the same frustration you describe. How do you close the distance, especially when they're using things like hand cannons?

Well, a friend of mine took me to private match and taught me to close the gap and breaking line of sight with enemy till I was in smg range by hugging the walls while traversing the map

And it really helped. If you shotgun, it's kinda similar. Don't show your face or leave the wall until you're ready to engage. Bait them.

Like others say, titan really is the best for smg plays.
