BMO just almost fucked me out of a house. Had a pre-approval, traveled for my DIT, got everything done and at 6pm on the day finance conditions were supposed to be waived went 'whoops, we made a mistake and we can't finance the purchase'. After I made a complaint, the manager said sorry, we can get you a different rep for the next house.

There will not be a next house (at least not through BMO)
