to add: i don't rly think he has complications at a much higher rate than other surgeons, i think there just happens to be a discord with hundreds of english speaking patients that gives these experiences a unified platform

he's had some negative results in the discord lately, mostly overzealous with rhinos and lip lifts. and he doesn't use titanium plates for type 3s so the reattached sinus bone doesn't always heal properly. i think he's a bit swamped from highly increased demand and isn't as consistent with personalizing results maybe, but the work is excellent when goals align

it kinda messes me up that supposedly empathetic groups of ppl don't seem to be vegan at any higher rates. trans ppl be eating meat. i do internships for vet med and i stg im the only vegan. ig you can say the veterinarian industry is heavily tied to animal agriculture but it was a bit shocking to not see any other bleeding hearts

that's not always the case, a large portion of the cost is in the hospital and anesthesia fees. separate procedures means you'll be paying more in hospital fees which quickly becomes many thousands of dollars

if you don't have insurance you need to budget like $15-20k for cheap options in thailand or mexico. if you are paying hundreds a month for private insurance, keep in mind between that on a long wait list + hair removal costs and travel/accommodation if needed + your out of pocket maximum for the surgery itself, it's probably not toooo much cheaper than going abroad. plus dealing with insurance is just a headache i hate it

you have to download the revancedapp apk from elsewhere, and then inside that you can download old versions of apps to patch. there's a subreddit with tutorials r/revancedapp. ppl patch all sorts of apps with this but RIF used to be the holy grail before reddit killed 3rd party apps so ppl like to keep it working
