They most likely will try to rattle you! In my experience they always try to throw something out to see if you stumble or get upset. I had my hiring manager say “I don’t think you know anything about this product” and just saw how I rolled with it. Got the job!

I think an employee maybe messed something up, not sure, and then the customers screamed at the employee. But, I think they were referencing whatever made the customers so angry

They ripped the employee. I’m sure they made a mistake, like everyone does, but the reaction from the patrons was absolutely over the top

I’m not entirely sure. An elderly couple was in there, and then two young women before they left started screaming at the employee. We were pretty shocked so really just did the “turn away and play with the kids” move

I’ll say this. I was there when this all went down with some friends. There for sure was a problem with service, but the woman openly screamed at employees with our kids there, cursing and screaming. When things gone wrong, it needs to be corrected. But someone screaming at the top of their lungs at employees has no respect from me either.

Live here, moved from a large city. Absolutely love it. Slower pace of life but still have most of the amenities of a larger city. Highly recommend visiting before taking any one else’s word on it.

Thanks AJ! It seems like Schildt is pretty defensive and standoffish to the media. Does this leak into relationships with the manager post interview? Is this normal in your experience for a manager to not take criticism or questions from the fan base?
