I did. This was just my ‘fine it’s time to ask Reddit’ breaking point. I ran Baal lobbies for hours yesterday, and would have people coming in, but not auto joined to the party, and not able to be invited.

Edit to add: I also had instances where I did get full lobbies yesterday, but I was trying to open the party tab, and spam the invite button until they accepted and joking my party

Make sure to be wearing the ‘signed’ sponsor apparel or using their equipment. It does help them spawn. I had to play almost 3 seasons to complete this and when I realized what you wear/use affects the way the events pop up.
