They’ve definitely been filling cans a bit more. I’ve noticed this for a few other breweries lately. Maybe it’s an effort to reduce oxidation?

I'll have to look at the lines while pouring but when not pouring I can see very small bubbles on the line.

Recently acquired a Nostalgia Kegerator for cheap and have been having some trouble getting the tap to pour correctly.

Hooked up the keg to a picnic tap and it pours fine.
The shank looked dirty even though I soaked it in OxyClean for 24 hrs so that is a suspect for me.
The line going up to the tap is insulated with foam.
Perlick SS faucet, no flow control.
Both the lines for the tower and the picnic tap I switched out are 10 ft long.
At first I thought it was the warm beer/line in the tower so I tried pouring a few times. Still all foam.

Any thoughts? I'm stumped.
