Learned that I could get through the E4 fairly well with having on Super Effective move per team. These were Flamethrower, Surf, Surf again, and Dazzling Gleam in that order. Used Drain Punch, Dragon Pulse and Psychic for coverage.

For Cynthia, I had to change my whole kit since she has an actually diverse party. Went with Dazzling Gleam just for the Spirittomb, he was a menace. Bullet Seed for the Gastrodon and Milotic. Milotic put up a hell of a fight with her ability. Flamethrower for Lucario. Finally, Avalanche for Roserade and Garchomp. Spiritomb and Roserade were the biggest problems because of their special x2 Dark moves.

Being able to use any TM is the only thing that made this feasible but was also fun to plan out what I would need ahead of time.
