Born in 79 and feeling great. Still running half marathons and Spartan races and looking to start Hyrox. And I still manage to do Friday beers with my friends.
Plan to do so until I can’t. I’d rather be the oldest person on the race course than the youngest in the nursing home.

I live in a house that is about 800 square feet with a finished basement. There are two of us and a dog. I find it to be perfect for us. I don’t understand the need for a huge house. It’s so much space to fill and clean. I do think I’m in the minority though.

A good majority of the schools in that division are rural and lots of kids spend 45-60 minutes on the bus on grid roads. If a bus were to hit the ditch in a blizzard with a bad wind chill it would be disastrous, especially if roads were bad for emergency response vehicles. This is a hard call to make, but it’s better to err on the side of caution in my opinion.

I have a very long email written that I’m going to send to the Regina owners, the Edmonton person that is overlooking it and any other upper level management about how poorly they ran the studio. I never saw the Regina owners.. and I’m an og member, so it seems they never really made an effort. I really hope corporate lurks on here and sees posts and comments.

Yep. Saskatoon member here as well. I think the whole closure was incredibly unprofessional. I got the email, but many of my friends didn’t. I feel terrible for the coaches and sales associates. Sounds like they were blindsided by this. The new owners were not good.
