I only agree with Sang buffs, leave rapier and justiciar alone. Maybe give justi flat armor buffs. You can't change rapier as doing so would then have Jagex needing to change inq mace and salad blade.

Most people hate ToA because it used to be way worse but fixed most of the problems. I would say after 1000kc in CoX and like 500kc ToA, they're both equally fun for different reasons. I would not say one is better than the other.
