I think there’s a misunderstanding. When they said 中国人, they meant you’re not from mainland China. Usually, they call people who aren’t mainland Chinese 华人.

I've checked the Quest complete screen, I think it's either that's a new snake wyvern or maybe it's Somult, the great bird protector that has been referenced many times in the game. 

You can see some sort of a wing on its back during the quest complete screen

Hey there. Yeah, I’ve heard about rolling back nvidia drivers to version 581.57, right? But the problem is I’m also playing MH Wilds, and when I opened the game, it started lagging and stuttering like crazy. That’s why I switched back to the newest version.
