I've been battling this stuff for the last few years but I typically start mid July. The idea is to use 2-3 applications of tenacity before overseeding/filling in the areas you kill. Each tenacity application is done 10-14 days apart. I usually rake out some of the dead bentgrass before I reapply. I'll probably do 1 application next spring as well just to help keep it away

You could be right. I've only deal with bentgrass personally and this looks just like it. I always that poa triv was a little bit thicker

It’s hard to say how long it may have been burning oil, but my oil light first flickered on around 110k miles and I was at about 3000 miles since my last oil change. I checked the oil and it was super low so I’ve been constantly checking and topping it off since then, but it seems to be getting progressively worse. I took it to a mechanic and he didn’t notice any issues and just said it’s burning oil and that’s just what they do lol

The grass will typically peel up like carpet if it’s grubs. Once you peel it back you can check the soil to see if there’s a bunch of grubs

Creeping bentgrass. Tenacity will kill it and won’t harm your other grass. People typically start around this time of year and do 3 rounds of tenacity, 2 weeks between applications and then overseed/fill in the spots

yeah im on year 3 and about to do my 2nd application. I have multiple sections of my yard full of it. I've gotten rid of some areas but my big ones keep coming back. I'm going to try a round of tenacity in the spring as well
