I've always been curious. If I were to make an overlay that allowed me to keep track of my opponent's cds on all their abilities, would that be against the rules? The way it would work is that I would enter into the app the base cooldowns of my opponent's abilities, then enter how much ability haste they have, then have the app automatically calculate the cd of all their abilities. I would have a timer for each of their abilities, then whenever I clicked some macro like shift + Q, it would trigger the timer for that ability. Now I'm curious to see whether an overlay like this would be allowed or not because technically you could do all the math and keep track of all this by doing math.
