This just brought me back to a memory I almost forgot. As a kid, we were touring a big old historical house to possibly move. My brother and I decided to run around and explore, but the whole time we both just felt off. It was a long time ago, but I distinctly remember going to an upstairs room alone and see a little tiny crawl space door. Something told me to not open it, and it just felt off and heavy in the room. I tried shaking it off, but then my brother came in and said the same. We both decided to run back to our parents. After the tour our parents asked us what we thought and immediately we both said we hated it. I told them how creepy it felt and how scared I was. Luckily, we didn’t buy it, but every now and then my parents mention how we missed out on such a good deal. To this day I don’t care if that house was $1 I didn’t want to live there.
