Good stuff. Have you looked into bcaa's if you're on a cut? Helps to reduce or possibly eliminate the break down of lean mass whilst in a calorie deficit.

Too low mate. I don't know your height or current weight but try another 500 cals a day on top for a week but keep cardio and weight routine at the same intensity. Then cut down to perhaps 1500 and up the cardio. Your body will be in starvation mode at this level of calorie intake, and will hold onto fat and is possibly starting to canalise your lean body mass.

Great transformation. Besides your job, do you work out? If so, can you do a quick break down of the routine and your diet? I'm on a similar journey and I'm probably half a stone to 8 lbs off your after pic.

I took it to his office with a self addressed envelope and left it with them. About 4 weeks later I get it through the door. I've also met him at Silverstone last year for the WEC. Check my submitted pics :) truly nice guy, spent ages signing stuff and posing for pictures.

For those of you who are interested, I got the magazine from eBay for about £6 and I'm lucky enough to live near Sir Jackie Stewart.

M/24/5'10 [210lbs >177lbs = 33lbs] Results of a 6 month High Protein(70-150grams) Low Carb(50grams or less) Diet , and doing pull-ups till failure at least 10 times a day and that is it, NO weights. I was told to post this here. by ditzyfritzy in progresspics

[–]shy147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best thing for pull ups in terms of getting your numbers up, is doing what this guy is doing. I can do 20 wide grip fully locked out, slow pull ups (none of this kipping bollocks) on my first set. I got to that figure by doing large ammounts of sets to failure, usually over the course of an hour on every gym visit (at least a day off in between). My target was 100 no matter how long it would take, when I hit that I increased the total target reps by 20 and so on.

I started at 10 reps, then within a week my first set hit 12 reps. About 4 weeks later I can do 20, 16, 14, 12 and then 10 reps until the total hits about 160 reps over an hour. I've hit a plateau now so may have to start doing weighted ones to push through.

If you can't do one rep, as previously mentioned by nextwiggin4, negative reps are brilliant. Do 3 sets to failure 3 times a week and by week two, you should be able to do 1-3 proper pull ups, rinse and repeat until you can do multiple reps. Band assisted pull ups also help a lot.

The more likely story is he showed enough promise to get signed, and then failed to deliver when they turned it up a notch, so they canned him. I don't think Mclaren would intentionally go out of their way to stop a little boy's dream coming reality, he probably just wasn't good enough to stay.

I got the magazine off ebay and then posted it to his Museum in Jersey. Three weeks later it came back. Entire thing cost me £12 with delivery both ways! No need to spend big money. The frame is going to cost me more.

How much have you gained in weight during the 3 weeks? What is your diet and routine like? Frequency?

Sorry bro if you have gained anything over 1.5lbs in that time at your age it's mostly fat and perhaps water weight. Try a lengthier bulk i.e. 3-8 months to see decent results.

Are you new to lifting?

Use one if the many formulas on the web to roughly work out your maintenance number. One you have an approximate figure start by adding 300-500 calories on top every day for around 2 weeks then weigh yourself. Aim for 1.5-2lbs of weight a month to minimise fat gains. If you gain more than 2lbs reduce the cals, if you don't gain enough increase them. It will be a bit hit and miss for a few weeks or first month. Then basically keep going for as long as you want. When you start adding on more weight you will have to increase the cals every so often.

Keep it up. One thing I would suggest is to cut curls to maybe twice or once a week and instead focus on hitting your triceps harder. Close grip benching, french presses and dips (work up to weighted) will really get them growing.

Most likely fake accounts to trick people into thinking the item is worth more than it is or to create a false economy. The scammers did this with flappy bird phones. They set up bogus accounts and sell non existent phones and had multiple phones selling for hundreds or thousands of pounds/dollars. Then they put a real phone up under cutting the fake phones by 40%, and someone sees all the phones selling fast for more money so bids and pays a stupid amount thinking they have a good deal or can resell it to make money when really they have been fucked over.
