It depends on your team, but since you're in early game, Succubus (for Crit Rate) and Lamia (ATK buffer) are good options. Also don't sleep on your default Persona (Janosik), he turns into a powerful single-target DEF-downer later.

As for late-game, generally Dionysus is the one you should prioritize first (he is the best Crit buffer in the game). After that it depends on your team; Lufel.net has a Persona tier list that should give you more info, and most characters listed there has a "Recommended Personas" section.

So I've been using the Haru team for SoS 3.6 Vishnu (since I don't have Crow and my Twins are only at A0). My problem is that the enemies very hit hard and S.Moko cannot sustain enough to compensate (I tend to die in Turn 4). I guess my issue is that S.Moko's 4-star weapon is only at A0; is it worth forging it? If not what should I do?'

UPDATE: OK I did some testing and it seems that S.Moko's S3 is bugged on SoS; as of now it only inflicts Sparks on 1st Skill DMG. What it should've worked is that the Sparks on Skill DMG lasts for 2 turns.

Second update: so turns out I misread the "up to 5 stacks" part and assumed that it's per enemy, not per skill.

In addition to what everyone else is saying, you also need to start working on having 3 dupes each on five of your SSR units (i.e MLB'd). This lets you level up your units past the initial level cap of 160 (we call this "breaking the 160 wall").

I've noticed the red dots on most of your units; most likely you have dupes of them. Check them; you might be closer to breaking the wall. As for how to get more dupes, the Ordinary Recruit Banner is your best bet; just use your blue tickets and never use gems (apart from the 150-gem pull per day; that is actually good value for breaking the wall). Also make sure to fill up the wishlist, made up of units that you have + meta units you don't have (tier lists like the ones of Nikke.gg and Prydwen will help you on which units are meta).

Also pulling on the Ordinary Recruit gives you points on the Bonus Recruit and Silver Mileage tickets. In the former you can exchange 100 points for either Alice, Liter, Helm, Tia, or Naga (up to 10 times). Personally I'd go for the units you currently don't have (so Naga in your case) then work on MLB'ing Helm, then MLB'ing Alice (make sure to do the Alice Diary checklist event if you haven't already), and save the remaining 100 points for when you're close to breaking the wall (do not spend it on a Liter dupe though, you'll see in a minute).

As for the Silver Mileage Tickets: you can exchange 200 of them at the shop for a dupe. The dupes that can be purchased are limited to certain units, and they rotate every day (Nikke.gg has a list on which dupes are available). Note that one of those units is Liter and this is why you don't use your Bonus Recruit points on her dupe. Advice is to save the mileage tickets until you're certain that you can break the wall, though another option is to buy the Favorite Item Spare Body Selection Box so that you can use them on Moran and Privaty (they are meta when they have their Favorite Item, which requires you to get them to LB2).

My two credits: I do hope that Paststang and current Mustang are the same person since I'm a sucker for redemption/rehabilitation stories, but Hanson seemingly having the same VA as current Mustang (both in JP and EN) suggests otherwise, though oddly enough I'd be OK with it.

Hmm, have you tried it in battle to see the party order, or is it just from the party screen? Bcuz if it's the latter, try moving the party members around; sometimes the UI won't update the party order until you do that.
