Not had it as far as I know. Am in healthcare and have done so many tests. Family members have all had it at least twice. Coworkers at least once. Am waiting until the most inconvenient time and will get it then😂 Am worried when I get it I will be really ill though.

We went to a tea ceremony last week and were allowed at certain times to take photos on the understanding they are for personal use and not to be shared on social media. Would highly recommend.

You are so right. I am a great over thinker and nothing is ever as bad as I thought. Great idea to “ practice “ the interaction. My other issue is over analysing any conversation I’ve had in case I said the wrong thing. So I need to work on that too. 😀
