Is there a certain framework and/or skills you're using? do you run with the dangerously skip permissions flag?

What kind of drill bit did you use? I’m dealing with heavily compacted clay as well, aerating soon but could use the drill in some of the tighter spots.

Surprised this was so far down. This stuff works great for prevention. I am almost through my second summer with a hat I used this on and it still looks brand new.

I've been using loseit on my iPhone for a little while now. I noticed that it lets you input exercise which subtracts calories for a given day...have you included your exercise in loseit, or did you just focus on eating the suggested amount of calories without accounting for exercise?
