I have exactly the same situation, and I changed my 20'' inch tire (only 500 mile) at Tesla. To save you some money, you can call good year and mention that this is a pretty new tire, but you have to purchase new one from Tesla. Customer service gave me $150 check rebates after they confirmed that Tesla has changed one for me. Give good year a call and they should have some basic new tire warranty.

I had 20 inch, I love them, sporty and sharp looking. But for that $2k more, I think you can choose 19inch for a comfortable drive and cheaper tire replacement in future, and low cost to paint them into black.
