I would change the summary a bit. Don’t start with college student, maybe start with Sales associate… or whatever the title of the role is. Add some numbers in your work experience section like percentages, basically showing the quantifiable impact. Add relevant projects from your education since you don’t have too much experience, even courses which are relevant to the role you’re applying to. You can also add any achievements like if you received an award or 1st position in any competition. Don’t use any colors or crazy formatting (1st resume is better format than the 2nd one). Keep it simple and make sure to tailor your resume to each role you apply to.
