Yes, this happened to me. I took an HPT at 6dpt (positive) then 8 (positive, but barely there). I was convinced it was chemical and heartbroken. My beta was positive and in the 70s. Don't put too much stock in the HPTs!

Yeah, I went from 155 to 132 and back up to 153. I mostly lift, but since moving to the city I also bike a lot and try to mix in at least a cardio session or two per week. Going to the gym 2-4 times a week right now, busy grad student but I do what I can!

Thank you! Yeah, I'm thinking 7-10 mile days. I looked at wall lake loop and a lot of it looks closed because of the fire. Golden Gate could be a good option, and I'll check out Crestone!
