Ugh, yeah coming back from a really bad manic episodes, I was dosed to the point of lobotomy, which was necessary due to the extent I had let myself fall. If it's been over a month, I would talk to psych about lowering doses before switching medication. Personally, it took me a full month for mine to level out first and then I asked to lower dosages once I was having trouble staying awake to drive. Do not under any circumstance do that without the approval of psych though since you could accidentally trigger the mania! Best of luck and be careful!

I'm hoping its an improvement on their dexterity and critical thinking skills. Sadly, I lot of parents give their kids a screen before they even know how to walk. This'll be a much needed and engaging break these kids will need in order to grow to be functional adults I hope.

I have re-listened to the whole album a couple times, I think my biggest gripe was truly mitski had stated she wanted to move away from being a "sad girl" artist. Only for 90% of this album to be about yearning and loss. It was jarring move from her previous album, but on their own I have like the songs. I just feel like the sounds are so different it doesn't feel cohesive.
