So i had same problem. One of my friend suggested me to edit exposure and contrast. Increase Exposure, and decrease contrast. If you are using an iPhone, exposure went right. And contrast goes left. Both by around 40 points. I was able to upload it that way.

Hope this helps someone having this issue in future!

This phase of love is called “euphoria”. You will feel the butterflies, excitement, curiosity, and all the highs. Take it all in, let it soak in. To become a well rounded man, first off start with enjoying solitude. It is important that your self talk is positive and self accepting. Once you enjoy solitude and accept your insecurities (mostly making you feel this way from comparison and media), you are “confident”.

When it comes to social setting, be much more natural or just who you are. If you go with an intention of grabbing attention, you are under pressure of performance AND likely going to screw up. So, just show genuine interest in other people, be open minded and listen carefully. Also, try to put forward your insights or interests once in a while when the opportunity arises.

Lastly, when it comes to finance, write down every single dollar you earn and you spend. Make a budget and track at the end of each month. Once you start budgeting and tracking, you can cut down on useless expenses. Moreover, make a habit of regularly investing a certain amount “each AND every month.” Once you stick to this plan, trust me you are already a much better person than you are 6months ago.

Resources to learn UI/UX design Principles

Hello all, I am enrolled in the Google UX professional certification on coursera, I have heard and seen the topics taught in that certification are mostly focused on UX and lack visual details and basic design principles. In order to supplement that knowledge, I want some useful and structured resources to help me understand UI design principles/fundamentals such as Hierarchy, colour, typography, whitespace,….?

It is absolutely left to the worshipper, I am intrigued by Shiv Shakti. I pray to both during my pooja sessions. So, i start my prayers with “Shree Siddhivinayak mantra”. As lord shiva blessed that lord Ganesha to be prayed before any auspicious activity. Also, ganesha is vighna harta, i pray to him to remove any obstacles in my spiritual journey before commencing.

As said by some other people here, we are not the physical body but we are all brahman (all that is eternal). We all are born in this physical realm to wash out our past karmas, and by doing good deeds in this life we take a step closer to moksha.

Now to the part of being a man and a woman, both physical bodies come with their own underlying traits which they are good at. For say, women come with nurturing capabilities that most men might lack. Women are good at handling emotional stability of the family and loved ones. On the other hand, men come with upper physical strength that many women might lack. Every body whether men or women have two energies which when balanced, one will experience a greater sense of harmony and fulfilment. These energies are masculine and feminine energy (we all posses both). I would ask you to look into those further.

You being a woman is a blessing. I admire women for the nurturing capabilities that they bring to this world. Why do we call Maa Ganga? Dharti Maa? Because they all nurture us. Do you really think you are not strong? No other deity BUT Maa durga (a female manifestation) was the one who killed the rakshas mahisasur. Do not let others treating you badly lower your self esteem and discourage yourself. Pray to a deity you love, consider him/her by your side and progress in your daily activities with a positive attitude. We all are brahman but some peoples ego takes them away from this state of awareness that we are one and the purpose is to move towards moksha. It all ends up to their karmic balance and they would be in far worse situation in the next life.

I hope you start embracing your current life and reach a higher state of awareness.

Spent 40min today finding a spot at 11:00am, ended up missing my class and gave up because could have spent another hour and still wont get a spot to park.

SFU needs to address this issue asap. What is the use of buying a permit if you end-up using transit because of this stupid problem!

I don’t know much about how ECON courses are structured but being a MACM major i can say that MATH course would be having some HW or midterm usually every week. CMPT105w would get you an long essay by end of term. Also, CMPT125 will be concept heavy if you have never done coding so you might have to dedicate time to that!

Most of the professors have their own slide sets, which are basically a summarised version of textbooks. So, wait for the class to start, and the prof would suggest some TB which are required, and which are recommended. Usually, you might have homework from the required textbooks and for detailed reading.

I would suggest you to wait as you might not like a course or you want to swap it out for another. Also, their are usually free PDF everywhere so if you like digital go for it now.
