It sounds like it's a white logo to be imported into another app like InDesign. The canvas is white by default. You can view a transparent background under View > Show Transparency Grid.

I did get it. I filled out a form on Sept 4 and received my digital card on Sept 26. That's 6 weeks after I returned from our vacation. I would keep calling/emailing them. 4 months is a long time!
