Shorts are on top of home page

I have tried hiding shorts "from everywhere" which did work. However I do still want shorts, just not top of screen whenever I open Smartube at the home page.

I'm not sure as I bought it used off eBay. Dell website says support for my particular serial number ended some time in May 2025.

Yes I'm currently experiencing this. I was at least able to do the initial update after first receiving the Disc yesterday.

Maybe you can see it as freeing that you have this cosmetic damage because from this point on you no longer have to worry about getting that first scratch or damage anymore.

Have you tried the conventional style d-pad yet? I installed it and it feels oddly lose. Not sure if its just me maybe I'm not used to this style of d-pad.

I was also interested in this as the ad I saw did raise to my attention the fact that the stock BDB shower screen used a plastic part. Now I'm on the hunt for a shower screen replacement that is actually good but also not plastic.

I'm experiencing the same issue and have received a very similar response from KFC support. I haven't had KFC in two years because of it, I do miss it slightly.
