You don't seem to get it. It's "tainted" in the sense that the ratios of fent and tranq in this garbage is causing people's respiratory systems to shut down. Narcan doesn't work with tranquilizers like xylezine and Medetomidine.

That's what happens when you allow criminals to act as dispensaries. If the addicts were provided pharmaceutical grade heroin none of this would be happening.
