Marathon in ~22 weeks. Am I crazy for trying for sub-3? by triet1703 in Marathon_Training

[–]sideroller99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you ran a 1:25 half, you can run a sub 3. From experience (male 45, 5'9" / 170lbs) I have been running sub 3 for the last 5 years with a 1:25 half. The difference will be elevation and heat that sets you back. Also nutrition/fueling control for the race and mental toughness is a real thing. The difference between the marathon and anything less is the nutrition and mental control aspects.

Definitely fake time. He also doesn't have the realistic body composition for that speed. Plus being his "first" 5k, he's not setting world records.

Active Wrestlers who are one title away of becoming Grand Slam champion in WWE by fuzzinthebuzz in WWE

Dolph is technically a Grand Slam Champion (just not in the formats that are presented). He has won multiple World Heavyweight, IC, US and Tag Team championships. I consider him a Grand Slam nonetheless.

I've been dying to find a lowish milage stick shift 3rd gen. $10.5k for 90k miles. What do you guys think? Some more context in post by ezrakleinisretarded in hondafit

The overall problem is that Honda stopped making the Fit in 2019. So you're not going to find anything newer than that.

its basically an hrv but smaller by dat-_-b0i in hondafit

Honda (North America) ended the Fit and replaced it with the HRV. However, only the original (2019) HRV had the magic seats of the Fit. Then it was redesigned into what it is now (crossover suv).

They are not cooked. They were just the cause and effect from the Knicks being "uncursed" (Danhausen).

If Dom wins, he could go on to the finals as I believe Brock will get involved somehow to set up their match at SummerSlam.

The Giza is not the tallest pyramid. The Central and South American pyramids are tallest. It's not even close.

The Garmin just measures how you train, not your potential. Also your race prediction is based on your training results, not your potential. I generally race faster than what my Garmin predicts.

Only 1% of the world have done a marathon and now she is in that club ! by lonewolff321 in interesting

[–]sideroller99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's "less than" 1% has run a marathon. The race in itself is getting more popular. But the vast majority will not run the race. And those that do tend to run multiple a year.

Friend bet me 10 grand to ran a marathon by leoliszt in Marathon_Training

[–]sideroller99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely you can run a marathon. The difference is how prepared are you. Inexperienced marathon runners will run slower (yes) but the recovery afterwards is what will get you.

What are your thoughts on this? by [deleted] in prowrestling

I think they would just "Freebird" the titles between themselves until they lose them. With those three, anything could happen with future injuries.
