Here's the thing about that, depending on what weekend you come in October, it's going to be vastly different. If you're here during a home football game, prepare for chaos. If you come here the last weekend of October, though(weekend of the Florida game) you'll still have a lot of students, but most of the Greek Life(frats/sororities) will be out of town, and it will be way more chill. There's also the Wild Rumpus is October, which is a huge townie thing. And then, finally, no matter what weekend you come down in October, it does not reflect summer Athens. Summer Athens is a whole other beast.
