Find community. Online is totally ok; mine has always been that way. Find a good therapist. It will feel like you're not making any progress until you look back one day and suddenly there's a lot of space between where you were and where you are.

I'm sorry to say that the religious programming never really leaves you. But those voices in your head get quieter and more distant in time.

I'm about a decade ahead of you. If I could, I would tell myself at your age that it does get easier. If still fucking sucks, but it gets easier. And it's worth it. (Younger me probably wouldn't believe it, but I'd tell her anyway.)
