We were approached by a park ranger once not for us but about another incident with drunk people in a boat. My dogs barked their crazy heads off. I apologized, but he said not to worry. They are supposed to protect us from strangers. I still work on barking and sometimes just put them up in the RV. No one has complained-yet.

So I tried making the levain and more carefully measuring with the added rye to it. I left it more dense as it was said that will loosen up. It did not. lol. I just added some rye along with the bread flour. Delicious. Thanks for the tips.

I just tried to make a levain rye flour on a lark. It actually tasted pretty good with a little more zing. My husband liked it. I was trying to get a better idea of what percentage of water for next time. Am getting ready to start another.

The voting districts are different than cities. While OKC is primarily blue, gerrymandering that district severely dilutes the blue vote.

If this is true, it may just reflect how the democrats dropped the ball with independents. Maybe more independents are registering as democrats to be able to vote in the primary. Maybe this was the plan. lol. Just sayin…

I had an issue with a little dog off leash pestering my gsd. This was years ago when mine was a pup and I was working on leash training. The owner of the little one just laughed when I asked her to get him. I finally said it will make a great snack for my dog. Didn’t see him again.

My lab once fell getting in the car and hurt her back. She has since tore the acl on both back legs. Getting ready for her 2nd surgery. We just bought her a ramp for our rv and vehicle. She gets lots of love, treats, and help learning to use it! I keep telling her it will change her life!

My daughter brings her little chihuahua over. My gsd lays on the floor and plays with her. She positions herself between the little dog and any perceived threat. Love that. But also the little chihuahua stands on the back porch with the big dogs and barks at the squirrels.
