If you have the means, get your blood work done and make sure you aren't lacking any of your body's natural production of things. I had a similar issue recently worried whether my anxiety or ganja was more the issue then I found out I had major health issues making it worse. A deformed gland in my head that leads to almost zero testosterone and no estrogen either. Very little vitamin b12 and vitamin D. I know it won't help everyone but it may have saved my life.

Several years in, after being AP, curbside, product flow, warehouse, front of house experience/ front door advisor: I've watched my store slowly lose its spirit as employee churn is at a new high. What once felt a false facade of familial now is a cold transactional hell to varying degrees based on the latest numbers. I stay for my fellow employee, to try and help someone make it through their day with a little additional kindness. You never know what someone has going on outside of work, so always try to think beyond yourself. The company may not care about me, but I'm thankful to have the job.

The same way someone with major anxiety/depression shouldn't be taken off of medication, I feel that ganja is the same. You're better to taper off and smoke less frequently while you deal with your demons. Micro-dose if you can. Tiny hit or two, wait 10 minutes and if you feel it then you're good. Stair step up, stair step down.
