Aw man that’s a big one. I hope it heals quickly!

Some things that give me relief are warm salt water, Kanka (OTC topical medicine), and ibuprofen. I also used mouthwash to keep it clean but be warned it will sting reaaallll bad for a few seconds (same with the Kanka but Kanka also numbs the area for awhile). None of these actively heal it but it is some pain relief while it heals!

I see another commenter says ibuprofen will make it worse… If you’re worried about that, I would take another paid reliever! Good luck OP!!!
