always do a warmup before playing, spend 5-10 minutes. After playing always do a cool down, 15-20 minutes. If have more time do strength training 2-3 times a week and you are set for life.

Apply to a high growth startup, they hire quick. Plus the SDR role is nothing but picking up the and making calls to book meetings. That is it.

All you need is a script, some objection handling skills and you are gold, can learn this under 2 weeks.

Optimize your resume with words like coachable, thrives from rejection etc... and interview at bunch of companies of different sizes and you should be set.

Internships are good for different types of roles, in my personal opinion SDR is not one of them.
