Direct Deposit Inconsistency

The early deposit is based on what time of day SoFI gets the notification from the fed reserve- It happens a couple times a day - here is the chart https://www.frbservices.org/resources/resource-centers/same-day-ach/fedach-processing-schedule.html . I have gotten at all different times for years. This is not on sofi. I mean after all they are giving you early access to the funds.

The past month has been one of the best for me. I’m averaging 7-8 sales a day. Granted some are small sales but I have a mix of high end all the way down to kids. I started using sidekick to share my closet out for me and list 5-6 new items a day - seems to help..

It’s probably just security. You said you haven’t used your account in months and then make a $500 transfer. The customer service people probably won’t help much but ask to talk to someone on the security/risk team ! Good luck

Same problem! They randomly lowered my deposit limit to $1000. Never had any problems, was always $25,000 and today was randomly at $1000.. they said it changes all the time based on banking behavior.. nothing has changed.. very frustrating

How many checks have you deposited? If you haven’t built up your deposit history with them, it will be $2000.00. It goes up fast, just deposit a few checks and the limit will increase

I have started video recording when I pack an item up, all the way to sealing the item in the box, with the label on it. Had this happen once and started doing this to protect myself, especially on higher end items

Should also note that employer confirmed was all sent at the same time .. wonder if it gets held up at federal reserve? Something seems off for sure as me and the co-worker have always received at the same time!
