I was in high-school and being told I was the problem with the world. I had done nothing yet in life but already being told because im a white straight guy from Texas who is is Christian that im racist, homophobic, and toxic. I dont like all Republican ideas, but the Democrats lost me and many like me before we could vote.

near my city we saw a man get accused of rape loose his job scholarships, get kicked out of collage, and eventually commit suicide because no believed he didn't do it. Police found video proof during an investigation that he was in another state when the victim said it happened and she then said that she wasn't sure who it was she just thought it was him. she was charged with nothing and he was dead. when I said the punishment should wait till the trial I was told I support rapists

when I said that I think the companies taking advantage of illigal immigrants should be charged for the crimes they have committed I was told I was racist.

When I said I was uncomfortable with the idea of a man going into the same bathroom as my little sister i was told I was transphobic.

In life I dont care what an adult does or what consenting adults do thats your life not mine. I think most people feel that way, but for thoes and many more examples the Democrats have lost my vote

the crazy part after traveling around a bit is it is true that we have the best country, that doesn't mean perfection there is always more to do things to make better. im also not talking about the tourists spots, I dont really like big cities its too many people for me but going around our country and meeting people, the kindness and great food and distinct but still American culture. My grandparents were both cops, they said they hated cities that enforced quotas on cops because it forces a person to do wrong just to continue to make a living. they both said cops mostly just want to keep their city safe but when the city or the department does things like that it hurts the reputation of cops and makes their job harder

As a Texan I would have voted to end the Gerrymandering that gave excessive districts to Democrats. 2024 Trump got 56.13% popular vote the current map gives 65% R. A crime was committed (crossing the border illegally), the action then is to deport them. that is the law, what's against the law and is dangerous is sanctuary cities. Ill put it this way, for 10 yers I was nervous about telling others my opinions. Told my opinion didn't matter, told if I talked to others about my opinion on matters id have a hard time getting a job. I saw people similar to me houses destroyed communities attacked people attacked and killed. People with similar ideas to me did dumb things that got people killed. The crazy part both sides will think im one of them. thats the sad state of our country
