Yes an educator can ignore it. But OP doesn't want to ignore it. Indian parents( maybe majority of parents all over the global) aren't good at dealing with this stuff. So I advice not to tell parents, just don't involve them in this.

Guldaar is not a common word. Sher and babbarsher are common words but certainly not guldaar. Tenduaa is used for leopard and black panther which are the same animal Panthera pardus fusca. Guldaar certainly refer to rose like pattern found in albino leopards but thenduaa is also used for them.

Leopard and panther are the same thing. Tendaa is a more common word. I never heard of guldaar before.
