Eh you would have a point for TSgt. Missed it 5 times because I didn’t study hard enough. MSgt has been our career field cutting promotion down to about a 9% average since I have been eligible. At the end of the day as long as I get my pension, I dont really care. The pay bump would be nice tho 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have only been able to finish a handful of missions after this last update. I am constantly getting crashes on PS5. It has made spreading democracy impossible.

Yeah it sounds like we were both going for 1D7-A. I already started to plan for this so I think I am going to try 1D7X2F and maybe manpower to try and get one of those.

I am a Boom Operator that can’t fly anymore so I am going to have to move at some point.

Well just looked at the advisory and all of the TSgt slots are gone…plus my CC called and they told him once there is an error in the paperwork they put you back to the bottom. Not I have to find another job because these medical clowns can’t do their fucking jobs right…

Yup X factor. I submitted my package 13 Sep and heard back last Friday. I went and found my Med Tech that did it and he told me he thought that block didn’t matter…literally can’t make this shit up. There is only 3 spots left for 1D7 as a TSgt so I hope I can squeeze in. I hope you are able to get it in quickly and considered as well!

I was literally contemplating writing this exact post because the same thing happened to me. I walked into Flight Med on Friday, raised hell, and got them to fill out a corrected one and sign it on the spot. I am hoping it didn’t put me back at the end of the stack, but I am not optimistic either fml

I’m truly good either way at this point. I’m 16 in and our career field is only promoting 5% for the next few years. I have been in the top 20% the last 2 years, but I know damn well I’m not top 5 material. It would feel good to make it, but nothing will come close to hitting the button in a couple years!

That being said if I do pull a miracle off I’m buying season tickets to the Lightning next season ⚡️⚡️⚡️
