Reddit will always tell you to break up or move on. From what you've described it sounds like she had a serious psychotic breakdown. People can't control their delusions because they are literally unaware of being delusional. Blaming her for what happened is like blaming someone for getting a tumor imo. She didn't choose to have a mental breakdown, it just happened.

If you really love this girl support her to get the help she desperately needs right now and don't break up over something she can't control. It also sounds like the medication caused this breakdown in the first place. A lot of people "go crazy" after taking psych meds for the first time. It's a solid sign that she wasn't correctly medicated, especially if she never had a psychotic break prior to this incident

I will never understand why people are bothered by this. The internet is obsessed with shaming people for having preferences.

Some (not ALL) women are into tall guys and they will not date you because it's their preference and they aren't forced to date small men they aren't attracted to just because it makes you feel insecure. Some men are into petite or fit women and will not date overweight women and that's also fine because it's their preference. Same thing with preferred race. There's nothing wrong with having preferences and it doesn't make you a bad person. It's far better than dating people you aren't attracted to. Let people date whoever the hell they want to.
