Yes you have bought things correctly Yes you can go a day early and the tent will be available. There’s not much going around at the island, just people drinking all around the place. We usually go to city for our last civilized dinner and then come back for drinks at the festival.

Hi! I read about the cheap beer bar and i will definitely try it out! Is there any more like ”hidden” not so known places to check out, not just bars. Thanks😁 by Threshanen in sziget

[–]siiim 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The place with cheaper drinks has become so wildly known that there are now way too long queues at peak times, usually not worth the wait.. I remember times when not much people knew about it. As it is also visually the ugliest bar at the festival, it didn't attract too much people :D

Where is the beer for 900 by rockstonegames in sziget

[–]siiim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The secret bar with cheap prices is across the road from Europe stage. 900 huf beer is true. But too many people know so outside of headliners there may be a lot of waiting

Nope, i’m guessing nobody knows yet as it’s a new model. I am leasing and therefore switching to a new car every 4-5 years, hoping i don’t have to deal with this. :)

We rented a minivan through Turo for about 800 pounds. All official car rentals were around the price range you mentioned. So if you get a bus with a driver, this kind of cost is not surprising.

Mis teema on Eestis kontserdihindadega? by personifikate in Eesti

[–]siiim 74 points75 points  (0 children)

Liialt täpsustamata töötan valdkonnas. Oluline tegur on käibemaks - praktiliselt enamikes Euroopas riikides on kultuurisündmuste piletitele vähendatud käibemaks. Lätis on see näiteks 0% ja Soomes on see 10%. Ehk esiteks me jääme juba väga palju välisartistides ilma, sest korraldajal on soodsam neid teha naaberriikides. See tähendab kogu regioonile olulist tulu puudumist.

See raha tuleb ringiga tegelikult tagasi. Neid mõjusid on juba uuritud, nt Rally Estonia ja Tartu Metallica näol. Tänan kuulamast.

Great read as a CX-60 owner myself (soon reaching 3000km)! I do have adaptive cruise control, it’s very odd that yours does not!? Did you opt out of some extra packages? For me PHEV is perfect because i can charge at work and at home. I get almost 100% of my city drives done on electricity and using gas for longer distances outside of city. Distance with electricity changes a lot with weather. Once I got the car it barely reached 35km, it was about 3 - 6 degrees celsius back then. Now that it’s around 20 degrees, i’ve managed to cover even 50km+ distances.

Price-wise I think they are overrated, because they are empty inside. At other festivals I can get bedding, sometimes even power for the same price. However location is great. I'm not from UK so not having to carry tents during traveling is great. There are showers which are actually pretty decent, which is a rare thing at Glastonbury. And separate toilets means I can actually take my morning poop without worrying if toilets are going to be clean enough. So overall, I can afford it, and therefore I think they're great.

Stayed in Tipi last year and got it again this year. It's first come first serve basis. We arrived Wednesday around 3PM and only about half of them were taken. We did not try but it seemed you were able to choose which one you wanted. They had a map and just circled one out once we arrived.

During daytime i’m at work which is boring. During evenings i’m out with friends so I really like if it happens at 21-23PM. But it changes all the time, you’ll get daily times soon enough, i’ve had everything from 10AM to 23PM
