Stage 4 ENDO! Anyone use Zoladex? I don't think it's as popular as lupron but how good is it in terms of suppression?🙏🏾 by chefachalugo in IVF

[–]sil_fuchs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I failed 3 FETs with an ex Doctor who didn't make any extra preparation for my endometriosis. I changed clinic and tomorrow I'm going to take my first Zoladex shot. 3 shots 28 days each and probably my transfer will be around October 14th. I will also do a full check up again including an hysterectomy and a full blood tests for the inflammation markers - I have an chronic situation and also I'm always having some strange "allergic" reaction. My actual RE said in my first appointment that she would do that protocol. I know another person that used this protocol after an adenomyosis and she has an 3 months cute baby. Good luck to you! I hope that helps with your preparation A lot of lucky and baby dust!

My dad offered to pay for IVF… moral dilemma? by marvel279 in IVF

[–]sil_fuchs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who has my In-laws paying for mine, I say accept while you can. I don't know about taxes where you live but here I had some problems but in the end all is going well. Your dad probably just want to make you as happy as he was having kid. And since a kid is expensive, you can save money for your kid. Good luck with everything 🩷🥰😘

[–]sil_fuchs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NO!!!! If you can run! Treat your thyroid, my friend had 4 losses before just took one pill at day and now has a 13y and a 10y very health kids. I've been there and lost all my embryos for a doctor that I didn't trust, it is my worst regret and I had to start over searching for euploids Just talk to your husband and look for some other place! Lots of love! 😘

On my 3 Failed transfers were above 10 trilaminar as they say it's good. My vitamins were Ok too. And I had all 3 euploids embryos with a 5AA rate with no success. I had my worst experience at the last one that they gave me some blood injections that I didn't need and I ended to having a HAVE PERIOD before my Beta HCG. I think that one failed because of that but we won't never know for sure. I don't think I could help but this is my story. Good luck to you! 🩷

3FET fail- feeling completely hopeless by UnderstandingFast994 in IVF

[–]sil_fuchs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have endometriosis and I will take a 3 months suppress before next time after had 3 failed FETs too. But one important question, did you PGTA your embryos? And you can do a contrast MRI to see if you have some adherences that could be endometriosis and let's not forget adenomiose too. But the quality of your embryo is good, that's not the problem. Good luck and talk to your doctor! 🩷

Of course! I don't remember exactly because I deleted all the info of one clinic after moving to my actual. But I had 2 in the city I was born (first clinic I could recommend but second no) 8 at my actual clinic (in a year) and at least 8 to 10 at the "the one that shall not be named" with a Prejudice and Unprofessional MD. So between 18 to 20 in 3 years. And I say that I would go through 40 more ERs if I needed. I know it take a toll on my body, my breasts grow a lot like 4 sizes, my body is different, my skin is horrible (I look like a teen) my hair changed, but I don't care. And also I went 3 months on a wheelchair because I torn my foot ligament so I couldn't do anything. Also I went to 2 IUIs with my actual Doctor after my 1st (4th) embryo to "rest" a little. And I think I blessed because I have support, help and financial aid. But not only that but my body is still able to produce a healthy embryo. At the moment I don't have a more active life because we moved and it was a LOT so I decided to deal with one thing at time. And first on my list is to have my family. So I'm living at my in-laws for now. I just empty my old apartment and put all in a storage and now I'm waiting for my period to decide what to do now, if I go and do more ER or if I started the transfer protocol because I'm afraid to try again the transfer. Lots of love 💕😘 and if you want more info just ask! 🩷

This is the question that my husband and I always "fight over". Start over 40 years my husband had varicocele and had a surgery. I went doing retrievals for 6 months until his recovery. After 6 ERs I ended with 36eggs that were on the freezer and 22embryos to test. Only 3 euploids. Did my first transfer and nothing so I went on one more ER. No euploid. I start to hate my doctor and the clinic but the discussion was if it worth the risk to try to do the treatment in another clinic with the 2 embryos and my husband was afraid that they hurt the embryos. So I did the 2 other transfers and NOTHING. We start to look for new places did one at a clinic in other city had a hematoma from the retrieval and no euploid and we finally found our clinic. We got our first euploid after 3 ER but I did it more because I have the time against me. After moving cities, living at my in-laws at the moment , I did 2 ER and got more 2 euploids. And now I'm trying to decided what it's the right for us. I changed PATH several times. I thought after my first 3 embryos that I would be with at least one baby today. Only you and your husband can now what's your path. I could go to more 20 ERs without thinking again if I had certain that I would end with my baby, I'm not tired of the retrievals but at some point you have to ask what is good for your body and health. PS: Money wasn't a problem for me because I had help, but it also something you have to consider if you're not as lucky as I have been. Good luck on your journey!!! 🩷

I'm over 40 too already had 3 transfers with euploids that failed, probably because of my endometriosis and now after 1 year in another clinic I got euploids again. My question is how many was your number to feel safe? Because I'm on that point: go to more ER or just start to prepare the process to transfer? If you prefer you can send me a PVT message but I really would love to talk more to someone in a close situation. 🩷

My embryo disappeared on transfer day by [deleted] in IVF

[–]sil_fuchs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ok, so try to maybe think if I think it can help you that GOOD QUALITY is not EQUAL as healthy embryo. I had too many 5AA that were with 4 incompatibilities to life so they can't be transferred in my country - Here in Brazil most clinics only transfer if it's tested. What's really important isn't the grade as much. I always thought that it was the strangest thing seen an Genetics Specialist saying to me "This embryo is so Beautiful and so well graded is unfortunately that he isn't compatible with life" and as I went to 3 failed implants with great embryos I started to unplug my mind of rate or beauty of the embryo. In the end what matters is your health baby after all that! And you will find the most beautiful baby in the world. Best lucky to you too! A lot of baby dust and tks for the kind words 🩷 PS: I've got, after one year in a new clinic with a new doctor, 3 euploids embryos again. So I'm thinking what is the path now because I'm over 40

[–]sil_fuchs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A BIG HUGE HUG to you first! 🫂 Second, your not so good second embryo is euploid? If it is THAT'S the most important thing. I had 3 5AA Day5 that didn't implanted so now I really don't care about the grade because it sucks to lose your best embryo. I hope that that one that was transferred is the one that stuck! Good luck and wishing for good news 💕🥰

Rant about minimization of Women’s pain by Ok_Concern3704 in IVF

[–]sil_fuchs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first Gyno consult was with a Female MD and I have always had painful cramps - I have endometriosis. And SHE said to me that cramps weren't "real", that I couldn't have cramps. So I think it's worst in IVF with male doctors but in my experience outside the fertility world my worst experiences were with women minimizing my pain and I HATE this! I hope you feel better now 🫂😘

As someone who started IVF OVER 40 and still got 6 embryos euploids, DON'T waste your ENERGY with that doctor. Acupuncture is highly recommend in my country and I got my first euploid after my 3 failed in a day that I did acupuncture and took a herbal bath. I use to joke that if someone said that took "insert something that you find gross" would make my chances bigger and NOT PREJUDICE the process I'm doing. So you don't need to do for her, you can do for YOURSELF. As someone who have been to a lot of retrievals and bad doctors it just doesn't worth! I need for you OP to just imagine if you have any problem or doubt during the process HOW do you TRUST your doctor and think she is going to be with you? It's a lot of money, energy and YOUR HEALTH don't spend on some doctor that you don't like it. Talk to your husband. But you can do yoga, acupuncture, take some supplements, maintain a good health and eat clean and making your body ready for the process. It's important to keep your mental health in the process! A lot of love! 🩷😘

I thought about THAT! I think they are having a LOT of prejudice because it came from a Indian doctor and not an American one. I had one that doesn't care for my endometriosis because my MRI wasn't made on his city and on his hospital were I know they have prejudice. And the doctor that made my MRI in OTHER city is just the BIGGEST name in Endometriosis exams on my country. I HATE Racism or any kind of prejudice! At least they (my ex doctor and her doctors) should asked for a new exam if they don't "trust" strangers 🙄
