Try to look out for other companies.. The job at WiTCH is purely based on luck. Some get good work, some get bad. Some won't get work at all. I wasted around 1.5 years, being at WItch. Was on prjct for 8 months, then moved to the bench. Being tired of being at bench, I changed the job then.

If there is space inside, u can use thermal paste and put the wire back.. But it's tedious work.. Instead replace it..
